The report builds itself every night at 11:59 pm from Zen Planner. Upload here only to re-run it by hand: a new file on its own is run against the other file already on record. Re-running the same day updates that day's list and keeps its notes; a new day starts with clear notes (the Notes log keeps them all).
Attendance export
One row per member with Name, Phone and Last Att. Date.
Membership status export
All membership rows. The latest record per person decides Gratis and HOLD.
